Shipping rate
Our standard shipping rate is a flat $10 per order when shipping is available at checkout. Any applicable taxes or shipping restrictions will be shown before you complete your purchase.
How orders are fulfilled
Our supplement products are fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment partner, Supliful. After payment is confirmed, Three Oaks reviews the order and submits it for fulfillment. Product availability, carrier service, destination, and other factors can affect processing and delivery timing.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout. When tracking information is made available by the fulfillment partner or carrier, we will send it to that email address.
Shipping address accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
